Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy that considers both our guests' needs and the nature of our small business.

Standard Cancellation Polic:

  • Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.

Early Departure

If you choose to check out before your scheduled departure date, the unused nights are non-refundable.

Date Changes

  • You may request a date change up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within 7 days of arrival may incur a rescheduling fee or be treated as a cancellation depending on availability.

Weather & Natural Events

We do not offer refunds due to weather conditions unless we are unable to host you due to extreme events (e.g., flooding, evacuation orders).

Third-Party Bookings

If you booked through a third-party platform (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), their cancellation and refund policies will apply.
